We currently ship exclusively within the Contiguous United States (Lower 48 states). At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, or International destinations.
Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $7.99 applies to all orders under $99.
Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $99 or more (calculated after discounts and before taxes).
We take pride in our efficiency. While we process orders quickly, please account for both processing and transit times:
Order Processing: Most orders are fulfilled and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major U.S. holidays.
Transit Time: Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location.
Total Delivery Window: Customers generally receive their orders within 6–10 business days from the date of purchase.
Note: While we fulfill orders rapidly, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date once the package is in the hands of the carrier.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status in their system.

Address Errors: Ceura Jewelry is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Re-shipping Fees: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost ($7.99) and a re-shipping fee to send the package to the correct address.
Once a package is in the possession of the carrier, they assume responsibility for its safe delivery.
Delivered but Missing: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, please contact the carrier directly. Ceura Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged during transit, you must report it to support@ceurajewelry.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of both the damaged product and the exterior packaging for us to evaluate the issue.
