Refund policy

1. 30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process & Unauthorized Returns

  • How to Start: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ceurajewelry.com.

  • Important Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the sender's address on the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving an authorized return label will not be accepted.

  • Inspection: If the returned item is found to be in non-defective condition or damaged by misuse upon inspection, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from any potential store credit, or the item will be sent back at the customer's expense.

3. Eligibility & U.S. Law Notice

In accordance with U.S. commercial guidelines, businesses are not required to accept returns for "change-of-mind" or non-defective purchases. Ceura Jewelry only accepts returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. We consider the following as valid quality issues:

  • Wrong Item: Receiving the incorrect product or variant.

  • Manufacturing Defect: Obvious defects (e.g., a clasp that cannot open/close, or a jammed chain).

  • Shipping Damage: Damage occurred during transit (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging).

5. Non-Returnable Items & Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

  • Sale items and gift cards.

  • Items returned after 30 days or without original tags/packaging.

The following are NOT considered quality issues:

  • Natural characteristics of gemstones or pearls (growth lines, textures, minor pits, color variations).

  • Damage due to misuse (water exposure, chemicals, sleeping with jewelry on, bending silver posts).

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, oxidation over time).

6. Exchanges & Refunds

  • Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • Refund Processing: We will notify you once we’ve inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

7. Jewelry Care Reminder

Jewelry is delicate and requires gentle care. To maintain the longevity of your pieces, avoid water, perfume, and chemicals; remove jewelry before sleeping, exercising, or bathing; and store separately in a dry place.

8. Additional Notes

  • International Returns: Any refused packages or unpaid duties that generate return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
